About the role We are seeking a welcoming, professional and forward-thinking Student Services Receptionist to join our school administration team. You will work collaboratively as part of a team in our busy office, serving the needs of students and families at Saint Mary's Catholic College.
Typical duties include:
- Answering phone calls
- Handling enquiries and reception counter
- Student, parent and staff liaison
- Correspondence
- Student absentee recording
- Data entry
- Sick bay and First-Aid duties
- General administration tasks as required
- Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety desirable but not essential.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.

Weeks worked: School term weeks only (holidays unpaid)
Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: 38 hours /week
