About the Role:
Trinity College seeks a dedicated and highly organised individual to fill the role of Student Receptionist. This pivotal position plays a crucial role in the efficient management of our college, providing essential administrative support to our teaching, non-teaching staff, and broader Trinity community. Particular responsibility for the day-to-day running of student reception including developing and maintaining effective collaborative relationships throughout the College.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the day-to-day running of Student Reception
- Manage student departures and arrivals
- Support teachers and Leadership in the effective management of the student attendance system
- Provide First Aid assistance to members of the College community
- Provide administrative support to the Leadership team, teachers, and staff members
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Office365 and strong digital literacy
- Ability to work independently under general supervision and thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Superior time management and task prioritisation abilities
