About the Role
Oakleigh Grammar is seeking a professional and friendly person to support our administration team in the busy role of Student Services in our reception area.
Be part of a team and supportive environment in our busy reception area, assisting students, staff and visitors, answering the phone, and providing assistance to our First Aid Officer. Duties will require a current Victorian Working with Children Check card for employees, a Police Check, current First Aid and CPR Qualifications, computer skills, a friendly and warm manner, a ‘can do’ attitude and Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency.
Other Relevant Information
This is a fixed term part time position until the end of the 2024 school year.
The hours are from 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
