Student Services Administration Assistant

We are looking for an administration extraordinaire to support the Student Services team with administration requirements and duties on a full time or part time basis across 5 days.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality, as you handle sensitive information concerning students. It is also necessary for you to have excellent communication and organisational skills as you make arrangements for student meetings and families. This role reports to the Head of Student Services and plays an integral role in the team.

• Positive attitude and friendly manner with everyone you come across  
• Experience working in an administrative role in a school environment (preferred but not essential)  
• You are naturally collaborative and an expert at building relationships, and love working with people
