Job description

The Role
This is a full-time, permanent position for an Student Services/ Admission manager.
The manager will be in charge of making sure all students receive timely, high-quality assistance that promotes a happy and successful learning environment.
Important duties and responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all questions and requests and hold the first student consultation.
  • In charge of evaluating and handling all requests, including those for applications, withdrawals, deferrals, refunds, cancellations, and suspensions. Process the Statement of Attainments, Certificates, Status Letters, Absence Letters, and Completion Letters in a timely manner while adhering to regulatory criteria.
  • Providing students with certificates, CoEs, student IDs, and letters of offer.
  • Administration of RTOs in general: filing, printing, scanning, laminating, archiving, and keeping track of student records in paper copy and electronic format.
  • Student Induction and Orientation.
  • Handle and document student enrolment, including private information, for PRISMS and RTO
  • keeping an eye on the attendance and course of the students.
Education and Work Experience
  • Experiences within international education is essential.
  • Strong Computer Skills including demonstrated experience with database entry and reporting - previous experience with PRISMS and RTO Manager.
  • Understanding of the Australian VET system (ESOS Framework, PRISMS, and CRICOS & ELICOS).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
  • Aptitude at establishing strong rapport with people from all cultures and demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • An ability to work as part of a dynamic and driven team.
  • Fluency in English is essential and fluency in other languages is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the International Education industry and foreign qualifications framework is desirable.
