We are looking for an experienced administrator to commence as soon as possible as a Student Services Officerin our Secondary school.
This position provides administrative and executive support to the Head of Teaching and Learning, Vocational Education Coordinator and Careers Officer and may include any of the following tasks:
- General office admin commensurate with a busy Secondary school
- Data entry and maintaining of records, ensuring the integrity of student and subject information
- Assisting with senior school processes and QCAA procedures including assessment calendars, exam timetables, exam block setups, data input and subject changes in accordance with QCAA guidelines
- Managing the calendars of the Head of Teaching and Learning, Vocational Education Coordinator and Careers Officer, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of activities
- Coordinating events including bookings and catering to ensure seamless execution and timely completion
- Administrative assistance to the Vocational Education Coordinator, particularly in data entry related to RTO compliance, document preparation and publishing
- Supporting the Careers Office in organising career education programs, including excursions, SET Planning, subject selection, and distance education enrolments

- A friendly open nature and "can-do" attitude
- Current Working with Children (Blue Card) or ability to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate
