Student Enrolment Customer Service Officers | Part-Time After Hours

Need to mix work with your lifestyle needs?Passionate about great service?Become part of this service based After Hours contact centre team!Working as a Customer Service Consultant in the Contact Centre for this Vocational Education leader gives you the rare opportunity to assist people in making important decisions regarding their study options, which will ultimately impact their future.What will you do?

• Inbound calls and email response about courses, enrolments processes and payments.
• Proactively promote the organisation's range of products and services to increase conversions.
• Coordinate Customer Service requests and transactions in a contact centre environment, providing general information and professional advice ensuring customer needs are continuously met.
• Identify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels for the organisation.
• Achieve individual key performance indicators including adherence, data quality, convert opportunity and average handle time.

Position Details:

• South Brisbane
• Looking for a start on Monday 6th June 2024 working through to 28th of September (pending business needs)
• Ordinary hours $35.04/hr + Super. Penalty rates apply for relevant times on evening shifts, Saturdays and Sundays.
• The first 4 weeks will be working full-time hours before then moving to part-time hours for the remaining assignment.
• Shifts available include: Monday to Thursday 2.00pm - 7.00pm or 3.00pm - 8.00pm, Friday 10.00am - 6.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 3.00pm (rotational)
• Once part-time hours commence, you must be able to commit to a minimum of three shifts per week + on call for a fourth
• Ideally you are available for extended hours (38hrs/wk) during peak times for the business which generally coincides with study holiday periods.

• You will have strong previous contact centre Customer Service experience.
• Inbound sales experience is desirable
• You will have a desire for learning and ongoing self-education.
• You will enjoy working through problems and providing solutions.
• You will be a strong team player, with the ability to work autonomously while providing individual phone service to members.
• You will be able to pick up and use multiple systems on each call.
