The Darling Downs South WestStudent Services team are seeking a Principal Education Officer to be an integral part of their dynamic, responsive and student focused team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of inclusive schooling practices, including the enhancement of capacity building methodologies and professional learning needs of staff in schools and region. You will collaborate with regional, central office and statewide services teams to ensure effective delivery of high quality services and supports to schools.
If you have demonstrated knowledge and capability to provide strategic and operational advice to senior leadership teams on the delivery of specialist regional services that assist inclusive schooling practices for students with diverse learning needs then this position could be for you.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Develop, monitor and promote capacity building systems and programs to support inclusive schooling practices
- Providing strategic and operational advice to regional leaders and staff to ensure all students achieve high quality educational outcomes
- Co-ordinate the creation and maintenance of reports and documentation relating to network support and services.
