About the role
Nexar Group is looking for an exceptional Student Support Champion to provide key administrative and course coordination support for the RTO. Your role will be the first point of contact for all enquiries and instrumental in speaking to potential enquiries regarding courses, enrolling and onboarding students.
Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Handling general email and phone enquiries from prospective students and clients.
- Establishing new and building on our existing relationships with employment service providers
- Enter and maintain data in aXcelerate (Student and Learning Management System) including training courses, student information, invoicing and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance and requirements are met/ evidenced by all prospective students.
- Audit checking student files and assessments for compliance and completeness.
- Ensure all administrative processes are followed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support in the enrolment of students including face-to-face and or phone interviews and facilitation of language, literacy and numeracy assessments.
- Ensure training course documentation is effectively filed.
- Support trainers by helping with administrative responsibilities
- Manage training logistics and equipment.
The Person
You'll lead from the front with initiatives and ideas and balance your energy to get in and make things happen. We are looking for high-calibre confident individual who is hungry and motivated to grow themselves and the business. Your ability to build relationships is paramount for this role.
You must have:
- A high attention to detail, strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A commitment to quality and getting things done right.
- Willingness to work in a team where accountability is shared; and
- A firm belief that you can excel in this role and a desire to learn about our industry.
You may have:
- Previous experience in handling course enquiries and administration functions in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
- Previous experience with aXcelerate (preferred)
- LLN accreditation

Remuneration commensurate with experience. This is a Permanent Part-time opportunity with a minimum commitment of 24Hours/week. Flexible hours and potential to work from home.
