Student Support Officer Trainee

Applications are invited to apply for a permanent Full time/ Part-time Administration Traineeship at registered training organisation Melbourne CBD to commence ASAP. 

The Responsibilities for this exciting role will be:

• Maintaining front reception / Student support desk
• Answer and screening calls in a friendly and polite manner
• Meeting and greeting students upon arrival
• Maintaining records through management software  
• Data processing of several different tasks
• Preparing client files for appointments
• Misc tasks as directed by Senior staff
• General office duties

The traineeship is Certificate III and IV in Business Administration, with the opportunity of ongoing employment upon completion.
