ABOUT THE ROLE
They are seeking a meticulous and proactive Scheduling/Studio Coordinator to join their vibrant team.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, impeccable communication and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your role will be a pivotal one which includes managing appointments, ensuring seamless scheduling processes, and upholding the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
With customer experience, quality and efficiency at the forefront of all you do, your key responsibilities include:
- Managing email, phone and in-person communication with clients and external partners, providing exceptional customer service when handling inquiries, confirming appointments, and addressing client concerns
- Building strong rapport and relationships with clients, understanding their needs
- Playing a key role in maintaining the presentation of the studio space in preparation for visits
- Managing and prioritising busy schedules of appointments and bookings across various team members
- Maintaining accurate client information and relevant documents
- Efficiently juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities, including answering phones, managing schedules and handling administrative duties simultaneously
- Taking ownership and accountability to drive results whilst maintaining composure under pressure
- Adaptability and pro activity in utilising available technology and software
- Identifying and addressing scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and finding suitable solutions

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven experience in scheduling, administrative support, or a customer service role
* Proficiency in scheduling software, CRM tools, and office productivity software
* Strong problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively
* Experience within the Real Estate/Property Industry is highly favourable
