The Role: As a Studio & Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth studio coordination, crafting captivating content, and driving digital marketing initiatives. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

Studio Coordination:

• Keep our projects on track by updating and managing client feedback, team resourcing, and timelines using Clickup.
• Be the bridge between our clients and our creative team, ensuring seamless communication and delivering final approved files.
• Keep our Director, Carlie, in the loop with all communications, enabling her to offer support and guidance where needed.

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with our team and clients to develop content strategies that resonate with their brand objectives and values.
• Produce high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, from social media to websites, and even video content.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends and incorporating best practices into our content strategies.
• Work closely with graphic designers to ensure our content is visually stunning and on-brand.
• Manage multiple projects and clients to deliver consistent, top-tier content on time, every time.
• Foster community engagement through strategic calls-to-action and active participation in relevant online communities.
• Monitor content performance and adapt strategies based on insights gathered.

Digital Marketing:

• Coordinate email marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution, for our marketing clients.
• Craft compelling copy and messaging for these campaigns, ensuring client approval.
• Collaborate with our design team to create visually striking email marketing materials.
• Keep our websites fresh and engaging by updating them with new blogs and content.
• Write captivating blog posts that resonate with our audience and gain client approval.

What We’re Looking For:

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or Visual Communications 
• Experience in creative/production administration (ideal)
• A creative spirit with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• A finger on the pulse of digital trends and a willingness to adapt and learn.
• Previous experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field is a plus!
