Sub Contract Installer

Claytons (AUST) Pty Ltd, a Kitchen manufacturing company, supplying new home builders and has been operating since 1982 is now hiring for its QLD based facility.

We have new positions available for Installers to work with us in Helensvale area.

Claytons requires experienced Cabinet Makers to install joinery. You will be required to attend onsite service calls across our residential jobs. All products will be delivered to your area. This a Sub Contract role working with the Site Coordinator.

Responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with internal staff on issues and resolutions.
• Installing outstanding products onsite.
• Attend scheduled customer appointment on time. 
• Answer and respond to warranty call outs.

In order to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Able to competently lift up to 25kgs.
• Have experience using hand tools (Cabinet Making).
• Hold extensive experience in cabinet making and/or joinery installations.
• Confidence dealing with builders and client representatives' onsite including; Project Managers, Site Managers and direct customers.
• Ability to understand and adhere to stringent Quality Assurance (QA) installation procedures.
• Understand and adhere to OH&S practices and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

This role will require you to be:

• Committed to working to deadlines
• A self-starter who takes pride in the quality and finish work in a timely manner
• Experienced in the cabinetry and installation field preferred
• Trade qualified and have own tools and transport
• White Card
• Current Public Liability Insurance
