Currently, we are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Consultant to join our dynamic team, working on projects for a government client in Australia.Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. The successful candidate will have expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Goals Management. Certification in these areas is highly desirable, and experience with Recruit Marketing is a significant bonus.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects involving SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring successful design, delivery, and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively within a busy and complex project landscape, working alongside cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Utilize your expertise to provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.
• Optional/controversial - Manage a multi-time zone team if necessary, ensuring smooth coordination and communication across geographically dispersed teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 projects in a lead role involving SAP SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Goals Management).
• Strong capability to lead design, delivery, and documentation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Optional/controversial - Experience in managing multi-time zone teams would be advantageous.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
