Markris Foods is a local family run food distribution business. We cater for restaurants, cafes, school, clubs, resorts, hospitals etc. around the Sunshine Coast.

About the role:
We are looking for a Delivery Driver/ warehouse operations member to join our growing team.
Previous experience in a restaurant/ cafe kitchen and/or food-service delivery driving is a must.
We are looking for a very physically fit person that is willing to consistently show high levels of customer service.
Suited to a person with experience in the food/ warehouse industry and lives locally around the Noosa area due to early start times.
Day-to-day roles include (and not limited to); order picking, delivery driving, receiving incoming stock from our suppliers, basic paperwork, ongoing truck and shed cleaning maintenance. Drivers will also be expected to help out putting stock away from our suppliers, which consist of a mixture of fresh, frozen & dry goods.
Markris Foods is open 7 days a week; therefore, we require staff members to be able to work a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts. Delivery drivers start early in the morning, to get the deliveries out before breakfast service.
Skills and experience
- Physically fit.
- Suited to a local Cooroy → Noosa Heads → Coolum Beach area resident.
- Team player.
- Can continue to consistently show high levels of customer service.
- Able to work during all school holidays (our peak times).
- Can handle workload in high-pressure situations.
- Eye for detail.
- Food experience is highly desirable.
