The role of Superintendent will see you working a shutdown on a Power Plant based in the Latrobe Valley, VIC.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Plan and schedule work and labour requirements to meet contract time commitments and maximise resource utilisation.
- Leading a team through the execution of a boiler shutdown and being able to manage a multidiscipline workforce.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Lead safety culture, initiatives, and performance throughout.
- Monitor progress against work schedule to ensure any issues that may impact on schedule of the project are identified.

What you will bring
- Extensive experience in a Superintendent role, managing and coordinating a multi-disciplinary Plant mechanic team and supervision onsite.
- Maintenance and / or shut down, oil & gas, power station experience preferred.
- Proven experience working with boiler's is preferred.
- High-level planning and organizational skills
- Proficiency with the use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel.
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
