Supervisor - 8/6

To support our continual growth, we are searching for an energetic Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding Site Services team. Work on an 8 and 6 roster, offering a balanced and flexible schedule.
MINPROVISE is a specialist products, engineering and services company providing expert support to the mining, oil & gas and construction industries. This includes the supply of mineral processing equipment, onsite installations, maintenance & repairs, shutdowns, offsite repairs and fabrication. Weu0027re seeking a Supervisor to oversee team performance, maintain productivity, and resolve challenges as they arise on a roller crew.

About the opportunity
Lead and supervise a team of professionals, Reporting to the Site Superintendent, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborating with Project/Execution Managers and Site Services Teams during works to ensure objectives, scope, progress, and compliance are well-understood.
• Executing works to a high standard in Quality, Safety, and Environmental aspects, promoting Minprovise International Pty Ltd as a best-practice organization.
• Monitoring, controlling, reporting, and coordinating all aspects of shutdown works in line with identified KPIs or Project/Execution Manageru0027s directions.
• Maintaining Minprovise International Pty Ltd tooling and equipment to high standards, accounting for all equipment, and reporting any faults or issues.
• Ensuring that tools and equipment are adequately maintained and fit for purpose.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Trade Qualified – Fitter or BMW background
• 3 years relevant trade experience in mining, shutdown, or a related industry (Desirable).
• Iron ore experience preferred.
• SAP experience desirable
• Demonstrated experience in client liaison and site-based mobilization.
• Minimum 2 years of team leading or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to drive compliance and maintain effective relationships.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
