The project is for our client Sydney Water and includes a major upgrade to the existing treatment plant. The scope is multi-disciplinary with civil/ structures/ pipework/ mechanical and electrical, so ideally candidates will have a range of experiences and be keen to learn and challenge themselves. We offer excellent employee benefits and pathways for further growth.In this role you'll be responsible for:Supervising and managing a self-perform team and subcontractorsEnsuring workers implement control measures to minimise risk to health and safety of themselves and others through SWMS, Special Processes and Corrective ActionsReports incidents, non-conformances and near misses and participate in incident investigations when requiredCollaborating with project engineers/managers, civil/ mechanical/ electrical disciplinesPlanning, calculating and monitoring daily cost of resourcesConduct Toolbox talks and prestart meetings.How you'll connect to the role:Ideally you will have experience on Sydney Water projects, treatment plants or similar infrastructure projectsCandadates experience as a field Supervisor working on either civil, structural or mechanical projects are encouraged to applyProven commitment to leading safety, quality and environmental compliance on siteStrong people management skills, the ability to develop effective teamsA sound understanding of industrial construction methodologies and standardsStrong management capabilities with the ability to lead from the front (both subcontractors and self-perform staff)Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & LeadershipAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely CultureOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
