The focus initially will be on our large scale commercial and mixed use development projects, with potential to be involved in healthcare or data centres over the next few years.As a Supervisor you will be an important member of the construction team working on this brand new facility. Construction is currently underway, we are around half way through schedule. You will oversee and co-ordinate the daily operations of a worksite to ensure a high level of performance and compliance with health and safety guidelines.Skills Required:5 + years experience within a supervisor positionBuilding background requiredCommercial, mixed use development, healthcare or data centre experience preferredSuccess in delivery of quality builds on time and within budget.Sound knowledge of building procedures and practices, building regulations and ability to read and interpret plans, permits and contracts.High level of interpersonal, communication and people skills.High attention to detail, excellent Organisational and time management skills with problem solving ability.Benefits of working at Lendlease:We are committed to developing and retaining the best people and provide the best possible learning and development opportunities.
