The Project
The Hunter Power Project is the construction of a 660MW Power Station comprising of two heavy-duty open cycle gas turbines. Located in the in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, 35 km west of Newcastle.
What will a day in this role look like:
- Monitor contract terms and conditions and ensure adherence to these.
- Liaise with other area Superintendents to maximise efficiencies during work planning.
- Responsible for ensuring that new employees that are working in the area have received the required inductions and training appropriate to their tasks.
- Supervises work carried out to ensure high quality of workmanship and efficiency.
- Assist with QA documentation around Certifiable works.
- 5-10 years' experience working on major projects.
