Every day our leaders grow, while our rosters are designed to help you live the lifestyle that is right for you and your family.Reporting to the Drill & Blast Superintendent and on working 8 days on; 6 days off / 7 days on; 7 days off roster, the ideal candidate will have strong experience working in drill operations in a surface mining environment and be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices and processes, whilst providing leadership, development and support to your team. The mine will have a capacity of 25 million tonnes per year. The project includes construction of a primary crusher and an 18-kilometre conveyor connection to the Paraburdoo processing plant.Paraburdoo’s picturesque town provides residents with a range of leisure facilities and local amenities including a domestic airport, hospital, community centre, child care centre, primary school, parks and a variety of sporting facilities.
