We currently have an outstanding opportunity for an Café Supervisor to assist in the day to day running of our NO.1 café.
This is a floor-based role, where learning your customer base and knowledge is critical, as you will be on the machine pumping out consistent awesome coffees.
Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited too) assisting the manager in;
- Financials - including labour, revenue & budget targets
- Managing staffing requirements, recruitment, and rosters
- Ordering and replenishing stock, including stocktakes
- Customer Service standards of excellence
- Leadership and Training
- Compliance regarding Food Safety and WHS in line with company requirements
