About the position
The Supervisor Park & Gardens position will be responsible for the supervision, planning and coordination of parks and gardens to a specified standard. This position will work under general supervision. The salary range for this position is $70,069.71 - $75,434.70 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.
This is a Permanent Full time position based at the Goombungee Service Centre. Enjoy work/life balance with a nine (9) day fortnight and access to banked leave. Active social club – TRC Employee’s Association.

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Perform a range of tasks including the provision of technical information and assistance to clients/ratepayers. Excellent organisational and planning skills in managing competing priorities with the ability to exercise initiative in the application of established work procedures.
Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise own work and that of associated staff and internal/external providers. Competence in the use of computer software systems including the ability to acquire the skills to use Council specific software. Working knowledge of statutory requirements relevant to the work area and a demonstrated ability to acquire sound knowledge of section programs, policies and specific work activities.
