Your new role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the Parks Team as a Supervisor Parks Support. If you possess exceptional organisational skills, have a proven track record supervising a diverse team and providing high-level executive support, we want to hear from you!
Reporting to the Manager Parks, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of administrative and business support activities across the section. Your role will be interesting and varied including offering executive administrative support to the Manager while leading a team responsible for performing a wide range of daily operational tasks to ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
You will be able to leverage your experience and proactive thinking to problem solve and make well-informed decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. This role is a unique and exciting opportunity for a dynamic and capable individual to fulfill this role.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

- Qualifications in Business Administration and / or demonstrated Senior Administrative and Supervisory experience.

Application Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and managing a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ability to provide high level administrative and executive support to the Manager, including diary management, filing, mail distribution and demonstrating a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and sensitivity
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritise a diverse range of responsibilities including creating engaging intranet and website content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster effective communication within the administrative team and collaborate seamlessly with other sections/departments.
