We have an opportunity for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our enthusiastic team.
What you will do:
Manage the day to day operations of the restaurant
Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times
Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment
Assist in recruitment and induction of new team members
Ensure that team members are briefed on all specials and standard menu items
Ensure cleaning and maintenance of restaurant, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment
Handle any escalated guest complaints
What you’ll need to succeed:
Leadership experience in a retail or hospitality environment
Valid RSA
People orientated with excellent customer service skills
Be punctual and well presented
Good availability across a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends and evenings
Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
Point of sale experience
Ability to deal with obstacles/issues in a professional manner
