Job description
Titan is currently seeking a skilled SQS Coordinator to join our client's team in Perth.
As an SQS Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting SQS activities, ensuring alignment with criticality assessments and contractual/regulatory obligations. This role involves providing support to procured packages, ensuring surveillance is conducted in accordance with technical specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Alert Project Site stakeholders of quality concerns that may lead to non-conformance reports or other quality-related issues.
Verify and endorse Supplier Inspection and Test Plans as per project specifications.
Issue detailed Supplier Quality Surveillance inspection and status reports in a timely manner.
Document supplier non-conformance and initiate corrective actions.
Review Quality Surveillance documents and address any issues with the Project Supplier Quality Surveillance Coordinator.
Conduct audits of Supplier Quality Surveillance Inspectors for compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
Provide guidance and support to inspectors where necessary.
Conduct interviews and audits of third-party personnel for resource selection.
Schedule and facilitate Pre-Inspection Meetings as required.
Conduct random audits of SQS Inspectors to ensure compliance with inspection protocols.
Key Criteria:
Previous experience in an Inspection or QA/QC role is essential.
Strong understanding of SQS and QA/QC activities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics processes.
Strong analytical and financial skills.
