The key objectives of the role are to control and co-ordinate the Company’s importing and exporting activities to optimise economy in purchase, reliability of supply, timeliness of delivery and seamless clearance of imports and exports through customs. The role encompasses set up and management of systems / programs, preparation, planning, implementation, and review of procedures. In addition, the Supply Chain Administrator works closely with the Finance, Customer Service, Marketing & Sales departments, and Customs Brokers.
