Administrator - Supply Chain

The Role

The Toll Group is constantly evolving, and investing heavily in its future growth plans in transport, logistics and Supply Chain. Toll Industrials has an open position for a Rating Clerk to join their Arndell Park site. You will be responsible for administration and data entry. This is a genuine Temp to Perm opportunity with Mon-Fri 7am-4pm hours. You must have a great attitude and attention to detail. This role could suit someone who has SAP experience and great with spreadsheets. Offering a great team culture and supportive management. Training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent and reliable experience for the involved stakeholders
• To provide clear and accurate information regarding the billing process
• Ensure all invoices are matched to jobs
• Handle all data entry with high level of accuracy

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated administration skills and exhibit a great work ethic
• SAP or TMS experience an advantage
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
• Must be efficient
