The Supply Chain Administrator ensures smooth Supply Chain operations by managing site provisioning, office administration, facility management, ICT and HR support, and various administrative tasks. This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and includes responsibilities such as overseeing reception, courier services, catering, and visitor management in compliance with HSE and GMP standards. .8AM to 4:30PMKey Responsibilities:
- Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor setup/maintenance.
- Handle site provisioning and facility management.
- Perform office administration and financial reconciliation tasks.
- Generate and publish reports.
- Provide ICT and HR support.
- Coordinate uniform availability and order essential supplies like PPE and stationery.
- Offer administrative support to various departments.
- Oversee general reception duties and daily courier services.
- Arrange catering for internal meetings and events.
- Ensure visitor management complies with HSE and GMP requirements.
- Support site safety and security management.
- Coordinate functions and events.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail for accuracy in inventory and compliance.
- Collaborative teamwork with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills for data evaluation and decision-making.
- Risk assessment capabilities in Supply Chain management.
- Negotiation proficiency, both internally and externally.
- Bookkeeping or financial experience/qualification is beneficial.

- Minimum 4-5 years in a similar role with relevant environmental exposure.
- High computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
