The Opportunity
The Supply Chain Manager – International Markets position offers an unparalleled opportunity to be at the forefront of our global expansion efforts. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing our Supply Chain capabilities as we scale our operations worldwide.
You will execute the deployment of warehouse operations and propel the optimisation of last-mile delivery across our burgeoning International Markets. Join us to shape the future of our global Supply Chain and drive our success on the world stage
Core Responsibilities
- Spearhead the establishment of Warehouse Operations and Last Mile Delivery Services across International Markets, ensuring a seamless and efficient expansion.
- Collaborate closely with King Living Country Retail Managers and their logistics teams to guarantee that all aspects of logistics operations are conducted with efficiency, optimisation, and cost-effectiveness.
- Take the lead in setting up robust Warehouse Operations in strategic International Markets, aligning with our global standards and market-specific requirements.
- Champion the creation and maintenance of synergies between global and local logistics teams. This involves ensuring that uniform processes and procedures are in place to support our global logistics operations effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on the development, modification, and optimization of processes within the Global Supply Chain, fostering innovation and efficiency at every level.
- Identify potential risks within the international Supply Chain. Support the development of risk mitigation plans to maintain supply continuity.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Stay informed on market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive strategies in various regions. Support the adaptation of Supply Chain strategies and practices to effectively respond to market changes.
- Assist in aligning international Supply Chain operations with customer service objectives, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining product quality, and efficiently addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications/Experience
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or logistics
- Understanding of global expansion of Supply Chain operations
- Knowledge of global inventory practices and warehouse operations
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strategic planning

This role will be based at both our Support Office at Turrella and our warehouse at Smithfield.
