About the Role
Bend-tech has excellent, proven growth with impressive further growth potential. Part of this growth is the need for a Supply Chain Manager that has experience with procurement and Inventory Control. Reporting to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in optimising our Supply Chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless operations.
About You
With a proactive attitude and friendly demeanour, we are seeking an individual that can act at all levels within the business, from a strategic (and global) mindset to getting into stock tracking, etc. The role requires experience in the creation and implementation of best practice Supply Chain processes and systems to support a growing business. Leading a small team, this role is an excellent opportunity for somebody who wants to make their mark in evolving a tailored and future-focussed Supply Chain solution, including scalability of systems to support international expansion.

• Cross-functional engagement (manufacturing, programs, finance)
Selection Criteria:
- at least 10 years of Supply Chain, Procurement and Inventory management experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
- experience in successfully implementing ERP/MPR systems, stock tracking, barcoding, etc.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing procurement strategies to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
- significant achievements in process enhancement and continuous improvement
- significant achievements in supplier management and issue resolution
- tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain preferable, or other relevant discipline
- Proficiency in data analysis with a keen, analytical mindset.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated team leadership experience
