AddressOpportunity to join well established FMCG business located in Western Sydney.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and working in a team based environment your key responsibilities include the following:
- Daily Order changes monitoring and refreshing.
- Management of orders received via ordering system and email
- Ensuring orders are captured and transferred onto internal system
- Daily communication with internal stakeholders ensuring new orders and dispatched
- Daily order fulfilment
- Daily DIFOT tracking.
- Handle any queries relating to supply from internal and external stakeholders.
- Daily review of stock availability against production orders
- Identify and communicate quality/volume/capacity issues.
- Make decisions on stock allocation.
- Pricing updates
- Provide updates on commercial outlook of activities that could impact production planning.
- Freight efficiency, ensuring allocations and pricing are aligned.
- Order changes - Monitoring customer driven changes against stock position, considering daily packhouse position and production schedule.
- Others tasks as required.
