Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
- Ensure appropriate stock levels are met
- Forecasting and demand planning for all SKUs
- Managing redistribution of stock between all warehouses
- Developing and maintaining supplier relationships and undertaking negotiations
- Onboarding new suppliers
- Facilitating overseas import logistics
- Inventory optimisation
- Review cost on all goods and services to achieve best market value
- Maintenance of order ETAs in forecasting system
- Develop and actively maintain strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- 3-5 years inventory experience is highly regarded
- Experience using ERP and inventory management software such as Netstock
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Possess a ‘can do’ proactive attitude
- Exceptional time management to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, and to stay organised and on top of deadlines.
- Team player with a passion for collaboration and making a positive impact in the business
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities, and to develop contingency plans as required.
