What you'll do
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play an integral role in fulfilling our purpose to deliver our customers' products in the safest, freshest way possible. As a Transport Planning Manager, you will lead our Transport Planning team in a fast paced, agile environment. Fostering operational relationships with transport carrier partners, customers, internal business partners and Distribution Centres.
Through developing and implementing strategies, you will elevate team experience ensuring safety, service excellence, cost efficiency, and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll bring

• 5+ years transport or logistics experience
• Success in building and leading high performing teams and stakeholder groups to deliver continuous improvement and service excellence to achieve operational targets
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills and techniques
• Effective time management, discipline and financial acumen
• Adaptable change management style conducive to a highly dynamic environment
• High level of influencing and negotiation skills to bring multiple stakeholders together to align on and execute agreed solutions
