Supply Chain Operations Trainee (Building Materials)

Exciting opportunity in Sumner to complete a traineeship & learn about Building Materials!

Do you have an interest in the trades or construction industries but want to work more “behind the scenes”? Through the traineeship you’ll see yourself working with a reputable Building Materials supplier in a trade centre environment. They would love to meet with people who are reliable and love to learn (especially about Building Materials!). This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates who have little to no experience but have a keen interest in building products.

Would you love the opportunity to grow in a hands-on role that supports the building industry? Not only do you get secure, stable full-time hours, but also a fantastic opportunity to work towards a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations. 

What's involved?
During the training contact duration you get to the learn the following:

• Stock control and management
• Pick, packing and dispatch of stock
• Taking customer orders
• Assisting on the order desk
• Contribute to achieving team objectives
