What we’re looking for
We are seeking a Supply Officer to join our supply team at Hurstville Private Hospital.
The role of the Supply Officer is to assist in all aspects of the stock ordering, receipt and delivery within Hospitals and any other Healthe Care facility, as directed by the Supply Manager. You will be proactive, self-motivated with exceptional customer service.
Ideally you will have the following
Essential Criteria
- Exceptional collaborative Interpersonal, leadership and well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient centred care
- Proficient computer skills and experience with computerised reporting systems
- Commitment to Professional Development and a structured learning program for all staff
- Immunisation evidence (including full Covid vaccination and seasonal Influenza) and additional serology report
Desirable Criteria
- Graduate Degree/Certificate qualifications in procurement and logistics or equivalent work experience
- Experience in Health care Procurement and Supply
- Evidence of implementing National Standards and policies
- Qualifications in Health Management or Equivalent
- Comprehensive understanding of financial and human resources management principles
