About the Role
As a Supply Planner at Essity, you'll be at the forefront of managing the supply planning process. Your responsibilities will include managing external procurement, inventory planning, proactive communication with stakeholders, setting optimal stock levels, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and cost efficiency.
What you will be doing
Ensuring stock availability at the right place, time, and price.
Managing inventory movement to achieve stock turn and service level goals.
Analysing demand considering lead times, monitor supplier deliveries, and expedite as needed.
Managing external supply for a product portfolio.
Generating and executing purchase plans to meet customer service targets.
Liaising with demand planners and suppliers to ensure demand fulfilment.
What you will bring
Supply chain and supply/demand planning experience in large FMCG organisations.
Strong knowledge of supply planning systems, reporting tools, and advanced Excel skills.
Understanding of demand and supply planning processes.
Analytical and communicative.
Collaborative and capable of managing multiple projects.
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Project Management qualification.
Spreadsheet modelling or CPIM certification.
