POSITION
You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Ensuring adequate supply of raw materials and components to meet production requirements
- Lead the production planning process by liaising with key stake holders within the business
- Inventory management of raw materials, packaging and finished goods.
- Coordinating stock takes and weekly cycle counts, to ensuring accurate data in ERP system
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across customer service, sales, and operations, communicating and resolving any delays both internally and to external customers.
- Driving a continuous improvement culture through the supply chain function, identifying opportunities for improvement, reporting to management, and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure monthly and weekly forecasts are accurate for procurement and manufacturing of goods.
- Analysis of system BOM to actual material usage and output. Investigating discrepancies and reporting back to CFO.
- Work with suppliers to obtain best procurement pricing, delivery scheduling and optimizing just in time material operating model.
- Maintain Approved Supplier List

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:
- Strong previous Supply Planner experience
- This MUST be within a "blue collar" workforce; Manufacturing, Construction, Mining, Trade, Transport, Warehousing, Industrial etc
- Tertiary qualifications within the Supply Chain Management field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, intermedia/advanced excel skills
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
