About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened as a Support Branch Manager. In this dynamic role you will support our retail business by ensuring continuity of branch performance during the absence of a permanent Branch Manager covering our People's Choice Southern region branches. This encompasses our branches from Marion, Seaford, Victor Harbor and in-between.

You will also be empowered to identify and nurture new opportunities within the community whilst embracing new ways of working to support our members transition to an increasingly digital future.
As a Support Branch Manager with Heritage People’s Choice, you will be empowered to:
Make it easy for our members to bank with us and manage the member experience within your branch.
Coaching your staff to identify opportunities for growth and promote the delivery of exceptional member service
Driving and motivating staff to achieve retention and referral targets for specialised advice areas, including financial planning
Maintain key relationships within our organisation and local community to ensure branch objectives are met and be a champion of Heritage People’s Choice’s banking initiatives and brand
About you
You have a strong desire to lead a team and motivate and drive high levels or member engagement within the branch channel. A go-getter, you'll be comfortable striving towards targets and demonstrate personal energy, an enthusiasm to achieve and a passion of excellence. You will also have the ability to adapt to different working environments and teams.
