Working from our Head Office in Hallam, we are looking for a seasoned support center representative to join our collaborative National Support team on a full-time basis.
You'll play a pivotal role in modeling our exceptional customer care at dormakaba AU, by acting as the first point of communication for all inbound phone calls and emails.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acceptance and placements of telephone calls, emails and electronic notifications.
- Acceptance of all Inbound calls and transfer to relevant departments nationally.
- Placing Inbound calls into ERP\CRM system.
- Acquisition of customer complaints.
- Ensure the implementations of customer complaints.
- Ensure communication between Service, Sales and Technical Support.
- Administrative support of the Management Team in reporting on individual work area
- Monitor/review H&S reporting tool data with report generation/delivery

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
