Build your career with us!Job description:THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITYWorking from our Head Office in Hallam, we are looking for a seasoned support center representative to join our collaborative National Support team on a full-time basis. You'll play a pivotal role in modeling our exceptional customer care at dormakaba AU, by acting as the first point of communication for all inbound phone calls and emails.Key responsibilities will include: Acceptance and placements of telephone calls, emails and electronic notifications. Acceptance of all Inbound calls and transfer to relevant departments nationally. Placing Inbound calls into ERP\CRM system. Acquisition of customer complaints. Ensure the implementations of customer complaints. Ensure communication between Service, Sales and Technical Support. Administrative support of the Management Team in reporting on individual work area Monitor/review H&S reporting tool data with report generation/delivery YOUR SKILLS Top notch multitasking skills Ability to resolve questions and queries in a timely manner Excellent phone etiquette and manner Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer skills Team player WHAT YOU CAN TRUST IN: A FULFILLING WORKPLACE Join an Industry Leader on a Global landscape.
