THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY
Our Customer Service and Support Centre staff are all about solving problems, driving efficiencies, and delivering best practice Customer Service.
We are looking for someone who will develop strong relationships with our customers, both internal and external, effectively assisting with any enquiries relating to reactive works as well as customer orders, logging cases and transferring calls to the relevant departments.
Working from our Head Office in Hallam, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist callers (or emails) in identifying needs and provide appropriate solutions;
- Outbound phones calls and emails required to verify customer information.
- Build rapport with new and enhance the relationship with existing customers.
- Receive and process orders into SAP, managing back orders and exceptions.
- Update the Company CRM and log Work Orders or transferring calls to relevant departments.
Previous experience working in a Call Centre, Support Centre or Contact Centre environment is advantageous but not essential.
YOUR SKILLS
Through your customer first attitude, you will contribute to the development of customer relationships through proactive customer communication related to order management.

- An outgoing, bright and vibrant personality where you are comfortable engaging with our customers both internal and external.
- Exceptional professional interpersonal and written communication skills Confident multi-tasker and have a committed approach to customer satisfaction.
- High level of professional integrity
SAP experience with a high level of data entry accuracy, will be looked upon favourably.
