Support Coordinator Or Specialist

Sage Support Coordination has an opportunity for a full time Support Coordinator or SpecialistSupport Coordinator to join our team of Support Coordinators based in Torquay on the Surf Coast.

Support Coordinators with Sage are provided with a mobile phone and laptop to enable them to be able to work effectively from the office, home, or with a participant.

We are looking for someone who meets the below requirements. 

• an outstanding commitment to people, 
• sound knowledge of the NDIS, 
• previous experience as a Support Coordinator, (required minimum 6 months in the role)
• lived or relevant experience working within the disability sector, 
• efficient computer skills
• enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.
• .8 considered for the role to full time.

Starting salary is full time $45 per hour ($50) after full caseload is assigned or (Specialist neg.) plus super, and km's. This increases in line with client caseloads.
