About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Support Services Coordinator! You will be responsible to lead provision of high-quality service delivery to the Support Services teams which incorporates Tenancy Plus, Accommodations Options for Families and Support for Families at Risk.
Responsibilities include
- Client progress and outcomes are monitored and assistance and specialist expertise provided to staff to resolve complex case management issues
- Program staffing levels are maintained to ensure the appropriate level of service delivery across programs
- Accurate data to programs is collected, analysed and used to review and evaluate service delivery outcomes and models
- Productive relationships demonstrated within the team and contribute to quality team performance and team well-being
- Systems implemented for clear communication and handover between staff
This is a permanent full-time position, based in Sunshine, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 6.
You will have
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related Community Service field (desirable)
- Experience in managing staff and providing supervision
- Demonstrates knowledge of homelessness including context, causes and legislation
- Applies homelessness models and practices when dealing with clients
- Ability to understand and respond to needs of individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness
- A Current and Valid Driver's Licence
