The Role
As a Casual Administration Support/Reception, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Recovery Partners team, and will have the opportunity to work from our other metro offices as required.
- *Please Note - This is a casual position*
- Providing general administrative support
- Finding and enacting solutions to administrative queries
- Supporting the efficient functioning of head office and satellite offices
- Resolving and delegating administration tasks as required
- Maintaining the presentation of the office environment
- Adhoc document support (staff travel booking and coordination as required)
- Subject matter expert for the referral management system Vinci (training provided)
- Filtering through inboxes and completing tasks in a timely manner.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Valid Australian Drivers License
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Process driven with strong organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Previous Allied health administrative experience
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation & WHS Legislation
- Allied Health Qualifications
