About the role
This role processes online applications across NSW and ACT for family and domestic violence payments through the temporary visa holders Migration Support Program pilot.

· High level verbal and written communication skills
· Understanding issues affecting people impacted by migration, their vulnerabilities, needs and strengths
· Experience in working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
· Experience in coordinating, managing, training and supporting volunteers
