Talent International is currently recruiting for a HR Support Officer (Contact Centre) x 4 to work for an NSW Government client based in Regents Park. This is contract role 3-months contract with the view to be extended. The role is paying $35.01/hour + Super.
Note:
The position requires the staff member to be working shift work on a rotating roster and will be operating upto 10 hours a day. (Rotating Roster - Mon to Sun)
Responsibilities:
- Take calls and record absences in multiple systems.
- Utilize Excel skills for various tasks.
- Demonstrate phone etiquette as a primary requirement.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the rostering, deployment, and People Hub teams.
- Conduct data entry into the computerized rostering system.
- Ensure prompt, efficient, and thorough entry of all changes.
- Process day-of-shift absences and roster staff for day-of-shift vacancies.
- Communicate with staff at all levels of the organization, both in person and over the telephone.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong phone etiquette skills.
- Data entry skills for computerized rostering systems.
- Efficient and thorough in administrative tasks.
- Effective communication with staff at various organizational levels.
