About the Role:
As a community Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to travel between clients' homes across Canberra, providing essential assistance with activities of daily living, including:
- Personal Care
- Domestic Assistance
- Social Support
- Shopping
- Transport
- Meal Preparation
To thrive in this role, we ask for:
- Commitment to set shifts with availability
- Willingness to work short shifts with various clients daily
- Australian Driver’s License and access to your own vehicle
- Current Police Check or readiness to obtain one
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Card
- NDIS screening check
