Hartley Lifecare is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable female Disability Support Worker to help support four clients in their own home and to access the community.
The position will have the following roster:
Hours: 87 per month
Week 1: Thurs 6am-10am 1pm-3pm Fri 6am-2pm
Week 2: Thurs 6am-10am Fri 2pm-10pm S/O Sun 6am-1pm Mon 6am-10pm S/O Tues 6am-1:30pm
Week 3: Thurs 6am-10am Fri 6am-2pm
Week 4: Thurs 6am-10am Fri 2pm-10pm S/O Sun 6am-1pm Mon 6am-10pm S/O Tues 6am-1:30pm

The successful candidate must have:
- A current provisional or full Australian drivers licence
- WWVP card with NDIS activities
- Valid First Aid Certificate (Must be from a Registered Training Organisation)
- Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and possess a NDIS certificate of completion https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au/login/index.php
