This is an interactive and rewarding opportunity for you to assist clients with their day-to-day living while encouraging them to maintain their independence.
Locations,
Canterbury – Bankstown – Kellyville – Blacktown
Your day-to-day tasks will include,
- Assisting and supporting clients with daily
- tasks such as shopping, exercising, and household tasks.
- Attending to cooking and preparing meals.
- Meeting client needs in the least restrictive way possible.
- Mentoring clients and assisting them to develop independent living skills.
- Assisting in dispensing client medication and adherence to client support plans.
- Completing clear and factual progress notes and incident reports.
- Encourage clients to engage with their local communities through access to community participation programs and recreational activities.
Requirements,
- NDIS Worker Check.
- Certificate III in Disability Support (Preferred).
- NDIS certificate of worker orientation completion.
- An ABN.
- COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate.
- Current CPR and First Aid Training.
- Current driving license and your own vehicle Rego.
- Flexible working hours including weekends if required.
- Arabic as a second language is an advantage.
Higher rates $$ for weekends and public holidays.
